1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Melodix to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Melodix is an all-in-one Discord bot offering a wide range of features including but not limited to music playback, moderation tools, utility commands, polls, reminders, and server management. The bot is provided free of charge for personal and community use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Melodix for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the bot to stream or distribute copyrighted content in violation of applicable law
• Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot or its infrastructure
• Use the bot for any commercial purpose without prior written permission
• Circumvent any rate limits or restrictions imposed by the service
• Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

4. Third-Party Services

Melodix integrates with third-party platforms to deliver its features, including YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, and Genius. Your use of content from these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Melodix does not host or store any audio content.

5. User Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for how Melodix is used within their servers. By adding the bot, you agree to ensure it is used in compliance with these Terms and Discord's own policies. Melodix is not responsible for misuse by server members.

Giveaway hosts are solely responsible for the delivery of prizes to winners. Melodix facilitates the giveaway process (entry, drawing, announcement) but takes no responsibility for the fulfilment, value, or delivery of any prize offered by a server member or administrator.

6. Availability

Melodix is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Melodix for any server or user that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Melodix and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or content unavailability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
